We are seeking a sharp, experienced and strategically driven 1:1 Manager to work exclusively with our international talents. This is a senior level, hands-on role requiring deep experience in talent management, brand partnerships, and strategic career development; a track record in high fashion, entertainment or creative industries is mandatory.
You will act as manager lead for all things career, commercial and creative pitches, outbound, deal-making, campaign coordination and long-term planning. You will collaborate for daily admin and scheduling support, but your focus is strategy, partnerships, brand alignment, and protecting the vision of a talent operating at the top of their field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute outbound strategy, proactively pitch and negotiate high-level collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships
- Coordinate with agents, creatives, publicists, and legal where needed to secure and execute bookings, sponsorships, and appearances
- Maintain a full overview of ongoing brand projects, client relationships, and timelines
- Ensure career decisions are aligned with long-term brand vision, aesthetic, and values
- Represent the talent in meetings, events, and industry-facing conversations
- Keep oversight of content approvals, calendar planning, and brand deliverables in collaboration with the PA
- Regularly review and revise career goals, content strategy, and market position together with the founder and PR team
- Stay informed about trends and shifts in the industry and move accordingly
- Traveling with the client when needed to support on site
