Your mission
We are looking for a sharp, high-energy and relentlessly driven 1:1 strategic Talent Manager to work primarily as the dedicated right hand to our C-level executive. This role combines deep talent management expertise with executive level support, while extending strategic impact across our broader talent roster. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in high fashion, entertainment or creative industries, with strong networks in brand partnerships.
You will act as the primary strategic partner and operational lead for the C-level executive on all career, commercial, creative pitches, outbound opportunities, deal-making, campaign coordination and long-term vision. In addition, you will support execution of strategic roadmaps across the agency’s talent board, collaborating closely with the founder and PR team to drive impact for multiple high-profile talents.
- Own and aggressively execute outbound strategy: proactively identify, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships
- Coordinate with agents, creatives, publicists, and legal teams to secure and deliver bookings, sponsorships, appearances, and endorsements
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of ongoing projects, client relationships, timelines, and deliverables — both for the C-level executive and selected talents across the roster
- Ensure all decisions align with long-term brand vision, aesthetic, and values
- Represent the C-level executive (and occasionally other talents) in meetings, events, and industry conversations
- Manage content approvals, calendar planning, and brand deliverables in collaboration with support staff
- Regularly review and refine career goals, content strategy, and market positioning for the C-level executive and in contribution to broader talent strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends, anticipate shifts, and pivot strategies quickly
